Registration and submission of documents on RGPC Platform – February 14, 2025

03 February, 2025We would like to recall that organizations covered by the general regime for the prevention of corruption must register on the RGPC Platform if they employ 50 or more workers. They must submit all the documents relating to regulatory compliance by February 14, 2025. Compliance with the duty to register and submit documents is essential to avoid being subject to the sanctions provided for in this regime.
