15 September, 2020Trough the Resolution of the Council of Ministers no. 70-A / 2020 published on 11 September, which will take effect from 15 September to 30 September 2020, it becomes mandatory, in the Metropolitan Areas of Lisbon and Oporto, the adoption of worker turnover scales between the teleworking regime and the work performed at the usual place, daily or weekly, with different entry and exit times or different times for breaks and meals.
The employer can change the organization of working time under the respective management power, and the procedure provided in the applicable legislation must be respected.

Teleworking is still mandatory when physical spaces and work organization do not necessarily comply with DGS guidelines.
The maintenance of the teleworking regime for the mentioned cases, depends on the signing of a written agreement between employer and worker.
