Determination of the revaluation coefficients for annual remuneration

05 August, 2021Ordinance 169/2021 of 5 August approved the values of the revaluation coefficients to be applied to the update of the annual remuneration recorded as the basis for calculating retirement and disability pensions under the converging social protection regime initiated during 2021.
These coefficient values are also applied to the following situations:
a) Calculation of the amount of refund of subscriptions.
b) Refund of contributions and subscriptions unduly paid.
c) Updating the earnings registered for workers with unpaid wages.
d) Updating of income for the purpose of attribution and renewal of the Solidarity Supplement for the Elderly.
This Ordinance shall enter into force on 06 August 2021 and shall take effect from 1 January to 31 December 2021.
