Deadline extension – Model 10 Tax Form

06 February, 2025The obligation to submit the Model 10 Tax Form regarding income paid and respective withholding taxes is due up February 10 of the following year of said income and withholding taxes – under the IRS and IRC Codes.
However, the Order No. 14/2025-XXIV , of January 31, 2025, waived the application of any accruals or penalties for the late submission of the Model 10 Tax Form, provided that it is completed by February 28, 2025.
