Changes to Withholding Tax Tables

27 July, 2023By Order No. 7673-B/2023, dated July 24, 2023, the Secretary of State for Tax Affairs approves the changes to the withholding tax tables on income from dependent work and pensions received by residents in the mainland (continental territory) to be in effect during the second half of 2023.
The Order keeps in force the tables approved by points a) and b) of No. 1 of the order No. 14043-B/2022, dated December 5, and provides for an additional reduction in withholding tax for each dependent with degree of permanent disability equal to or greater than 60%.
This Order comes into effect on July 25, 2023, and takes effect from July 1, 2023.
