João Espanha and Elsa Rodrigues are the nominees in Tax, in Band 2 and Band 4, respectively.
The team is known for being “a full-service firm advising both healthcare and real estate companies, as well as private clients. The team acts on corporate income tax mandates, challenges to assessments by the tax authorities and VAT arbitration matters. In addition, the law firm advises on tax structuring of acquisitions.”
