Amendments to the Public Capitalization Regime

06 February, 2023Decree-Law 9/2023, of 1 February was published, extending the scope of the public capitalisation scheme to include nationals who, due to their professional activity, are covered by a compulsory social protection scheme in a country that has an international social security instrument with Portugal.
This Act takes effect from 2 February 2023 and is available here.
